This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid services purchased through TagCourier, including listings, featured placements, advertising options, promotional services, and other digital business services made available on the website.

1. Overview

TagCourier mainly provides digital services rather than physical products. Because of this, standard product return rules do not generally apply.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific plan, campaign or offer, payments made for activated digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has started, been published, or otherwise been delivered.

This includes, for example, paid business listings, featured listing upgrades, homepage placements, promotional visibility, advertising services, and similar digital products or business services.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered in limited cases, including:

  • you were charged more than once for the same service by mistake
  • you were billed incorrectly due to a technical or administrative error
  • you paid for a service that was not activated or delivered at all
  • there was a clear technical issue on our side which prevented the purchased service from being provided, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time

Any refund decision is made at our discretion, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Unless required by law, refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • active or completed listing periods
  • featured placements that have already gone live
  • advertising or promotional services that have already started running
  • digital services already delivered in full or in part
  • unused time remaining on a live plan after activation, unless otherwise stated
  • purchases made in error by the user where the service has already been activated

4. Subscription or Recurring Payments

If TagCourier offers recurring plans or subscription-based services, you are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Cancelling a recurring plan stops future charges but does not usually create a refund for the current billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or wish to request a refund review, please contact us by email with:

  • your full name
  • your account email address
  • details of the payment
  • the reason for your request
  • any supporting evidence, such as receipts or screenshots

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the payment is made.

6. Review Process

Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided and assess whether a refund, account credit, service correction, or other resolution is appropriate.

We may ask for additional information where needed before making a decision.

7. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or other processing service.

Late or missing refunds

If you have been told that a refund was approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or payment account again.

You should then contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to suspend related services, listings, or account access while the matter is under review.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, billing structure, legal requirements, or business operations. The latest version will always be published on this page.
