TagCourier operates an online platform where users may search, compare and contact courier providers, and where courier businesses may create profiles, publish listings, and respond to opportunities made available through the website.
We do not employ courier providers and we are not responsible for the services offered, quoted, accepted or delivered by third-party businesses or individuals.
2. Your Agreement
By using this website, you agree to:

– provide accurate and up-to-date information
– use the website only for lawful purposes
– refrain from any misuse of the platform, listings, forms, accounts or contact features
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or remove accounts that breach these terms, misuse the platform, or provide false, misleading or incomplete information.
4. Business Listings
Courier providers and businesses are responsible for the content and operation of their listings, including:

– pricing, quotes and response times

– the safe and lawful delivery of their services
TagCourier does not verify, endorse or guarantee every listing, and we are not liable for:
– services provided by third-party courier businesses
– delays, failed deliveries or service disputes
– inaccurate, incomplete or outdated listing information
– any loss, damage or claim arising from third-party services
5. Quote Requests and Job Features
Where quote request forms, job posts, delivery requests, bid features or similar tools are available, these are provided for convenience only.
TagCourier does not guarantee that any quote request will receive responses, that any job will be accepted, or that any provider will be available, suitable or successful.
Any agreement made between a customer and a courier provider is strictly between those parties. TagCourier is not a party to that agreement and accepts no responsibility for the performance, pricing, quality, timing or outcome of services arranged through the platform.
6. Payments, Plans and Featured Services
Paid listings, featured placements, advertising options or other paid services may be offered through the website.
Where payments are processed via third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe, those providers may apply their own terms and policies in addition to ours.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific plan or promotion, fees paid for listing, advertising or promotional services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered.
7. Reviews, Content and Submissions
If you submit reviews, listing content, business descriptions, images, contact information or other material to TagCourier, you confirm that:
– the content is accurate and lawful
– you have the right to use and publish it
– it is not misleading, defamatory, abusive or infringing on third-party rights
We reserve the right to edit, reject, suspend or remove any content at our discretion, especially where content appears false, harmful, unlawful, spam-like or misleading.
